Mia is the founder of Align Consulting Group LLC and brings more than 30 years of experience in church financial management. As a pastor’s daughter and nonprofit-sector CPA, she understands both the heart of ministry and the responsibility of sound financial stewardship. Her work helps churches and nonprofit organizations strengthen the way they manage resources, make decisions, and support the missions they are called to serve.

She is preparing to release two upcoming books: The Five-Point Alignment Method: 5 Pillars of Faith-Driven Financial Management for Churches and Nonprofits and Four Faces of Church Financial Management. Together, these books are written to support church leaders, ministry teams, and nonprofit professionals who want to approach financial management with greater clarity, wisdom, and alignment.

Through her professional experience, educational background, and personal connection to ministry, Mia brings a voice that is both knowledgeable and grounded. She earned her Master of Science in Accounting from Liberty University, graduating with High Distinction, and she has dedicated her career to helping churches and nonprofits operate with greater confidence and integrity.
