Humanities Tennessee presents The 35th annual Southern Festival of Books: A Celebration of the Written Word℠! The Festival is among the oldest literary festivals in the country. The Festival is free, and includes performance stages, food trucks, publishers and booksellers. Festival weekend (Oct. 21 and 22) takes place in downtown Nashville. The Festival grounds include Bicentennial Mall State Park, the Tennessee State Museum, and the Tennessee State Library and Archives. - Southern Festival of Books

West Virginia Book Festival

The West Virginia Book Festival is an annual event for book lovers of all ages. Featuring programs by local and international bestselling authors, a Used Book Sale, and a Festival Marketplace, it takes place at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center in downtown Charleston, West Virginia.  Attendance is (and always will be) free of cost. - West Virginia Book Festival

National Black Book Festival

The National Black Book Festival (NBBF) is an annual event, sponsored by Cushcity.com, one of the largest online sources for African-American authors and literature.
